Classification of Waterproof Membrane

Polymer waterproof membrane
PE (polyethylene) waterproof film: commonly used in agricultural greenhouses and building moisture-proof, it has the characteristics of low cost and good flexibility, but its weather resistance is average.
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) waterproof film: With good elasticity and strong wear resistance, it is commonly used in outdoor clothing, shoe materials, and electronic products.
E-PTFE (Expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene) Waterproof Membrane: Represented by GORE-TEX, it combines waterproof and breathable functions and is widely used in high-end outdoor equipment.
Composite waterproof membrane
Composed of multiple layers of materials, such as waterproof layer, breathable layer, and wear-resistant layer, it is commonly used in scenarios that require comprehensive performance, such as building roofs and underground engineering.
Functional waterproof membrane
Anti fog and waterproof film: used for glasses, camera lenses, etc. to prevent water vapor condensation.
Self repairing waterproof membrane: It can automatically repair small cracks after surface damage, extending its service life.
