  • 产品描述
  • Product Overview

Microcrystalline Polyurea Grouting liquid is made from a blend of high molecular resin, inorganic materials, alkyd resin, and other components. It is a high-performance chemical grouting material with features such as ambient temperature self-curing, strong adhesion, excellent chemical resistance, and superior physical and mechanical properties. It also has excellent gloss retention, color stability, and UV resistance. This product is single-component, with good storage stability and minimal environmental impact, making it a promising product for future development. A good product provides excellent mechanical and anticorrosion properties, as well as water resistance and resistance to organic solvents. It is mainly used in reinforcement, waterproofing, and leak-sealing projects.

    Application Scope

    • Crack Repair: Especially suitable for repairing fine cracks less than 2mm (e.g., hairline cracks) and filling wall gaps.
    • Mining and Construction: Can be used for mine reinforcement, wall waterproofing, floor protection, etc., with additional functions such as corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

    Product Features

    1. Waterproofing and Leak-Sealing Function

    • Rapid Water Stopping: The microcrystalline polyurea grouting solution has hydrophilic properties, allowing it to quickly gel and expand when mixed with water, forming a tough gel that effectively blocks cracks and capillary pores. It is suitable for repairing concrete structures in water-affected environments.
    • Adaptability to Complex Environments: Even in mildly acidic or alkaline water conditions, its foaming performance and leak-sealing effect remain stable.

    2. Structural Reinforcement and Durability Enhancement

    • Enhanced Concrete Strength: Injecting polyurea resin can significantly improve the compressive strength, seismic resistance, and weathering resistance of concrete or rock structures. It is suitable for civil engineering applications such as bridges and tunnels.
    • High Bonding and Toughness: The solution bonds tightly with concrete, forming a high-elastic, durable gel after curing, which reduces future maintenance costs.

    3. Construction Convenience and Environmental Friendliness

    • Single-Component Design: No on-site mixing is required; the solution can be injected directly, simplifying the construction process and reducing labor costs.
    • Environmentally Friendly, Solvent-Free: It does not contain volatile harmful substances, meeting modern environmental protection requirements in construction.

    Storage & Transportation

    1. Storage Requirements

    • Temperature Control:
The grouting liquid should be stored in a cool, dry place with temperatures typically between 5°C and 30°C (41°F - 86°F). Avoid high temperatures (above 30°C or 86°F), as this can cause the material to degrade or accelerate curing, leading to a shorter shelf life.
    • Avoid Direct Sunlight:
The product should be kept in dark, well-ventilated areas to prevent exposure to direct sunlight, which can lead to degradation, discoloration, or changes in the chemical properties of the liquid.
    • Storage Containers:
Store the grouting liquid in original, sealed containers to prevent contamination and maintain product stability. If the container has been opened, make sure it is resealed tightly after each use.
Non-reactive materials (e.g., plastic, stainless steel) are ideal for containers, as they will not interact with the grouting liquid.
    • Shelf Life:
The shelf life of the microcrystalline polyurea grouting liquid is typically 12 months, depending on environmental conditions. Always check the product's expiration date and avoid using expired materials, as the chemical properties may have changed.
    • Separation Prevention:
Ensure that the product does not undergo separation or settling of components. Regularly mix or stir the product before use if any signs of separation occur (if allowed per product guidelines).
    • Fire Safety:
Although the product is not highly flammable, flammable substances such as solvents may be involved in the production process. Therefore, avoid storing near open flames or heat sources. Keep fire extinguishers nearby as a precaution.

    2. Transportation Requirements

    • Packaging:
When transporting microcrystalline polyurea grouting liquid, use appropriate, sealed containers that are resistant to pressure and temperature fluctuations. Make sure the containers are labeled properly with handling instructions and safety warnings.
    • Temperature Control:
During transportation, ensure that the product is kept within the recommended temperature range of 5°C to 30°C (41°F - 86°F). Avoid exposing the liquid to extreme heat or freezing conditions, as these can negatively affect its properties.
    • Protection from Physical Damage:
The grouting liquid should be handled gently and kept upright to prevent leakage or physical damage to containers. Use appropriate padding and cushioning in transport vehicles to avoid shifting or spilling.
    • Hazardous Material Regulations:
While microcrystalline polyurea grouting liquid is generally not classified as a hazardous material, depending on the region and the product's exact composition, certain regulations may apply. Ensure that the product is transported in compliance with local hazardous materials transportation regulations if necessary (e.g., labeling, documentation).
    • Avoid Exposure to Moisture:
During transportation, ensure that the grouting liquid is not exposed to moisture or humidity, as water contact can trigger unwanted chemical reactions and may degrade the product.

    3. Emergency Measures

    • Spill Containment:
In case of a spill during storage or transportation, immediately contain the spill using an appropriate absorbent material. Clean up the spill according to local environmental regulations to avoid contamination of soil or water sources.
    • First Aid Measures:
If there is skin or eye contact with the grouting liquid, follow the manufacturer’s safety data sheet (SDS) for appropriate first aid procedures. In case of inhalation or ingestion, seek medical attention promptly.

    Application Process

1.Surface Preparation: Clean the construction area to ensure there is no debris or dust on the surface.
2.Determine Injection Hole Location and Depth: Based on project requirements, mark and drill holes at the appropriate locations and depths.
3.Prepare the Microcrystalline Polyurea Grouting Solution: Mix the solution thoroughly according to the specified ratio.
4.Injection: Use specialized grouting equipment to inject the mixed solution into the holes, ensuring the filling is dense and complete.
5.Post-Injection Treatment: After injection, carry out surface treatment and allow the material to cure.
