Storage and Transportation

1.Transport according to non-hazardous material requirements. During transport, avoid exposure to rain, direct sunlight, pressure, collision, or inversion. Ensure packaging remains intact, and maintain ambient temperature above 0°C. If the temperature falls below this, take necessary measures to maintain a constant temperature.
2.Store in a ventilated, dry place away from direct sunlight, with a storage temperature not lower than 5°C, and never below 0°C.
3.The product has a shelf life of 6 months under normal storage and transport conditions.

Construction Requirements

1.The recommended temperature range for construction is between 5°C and 35°C, with a relative humidity below 85%. Avoid application during sandstorms or rainy weather.
2.After use, tightly seal the can to prevent contamination by dust and dirt.
3.This product should not be mixed with other brands of coatings. Wear protective equipment and a mask during application. If the coating gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. Clean tools with tap water after use.
4.After application, ensure the finished product is protected to prevent damage from subsequent construction activities.
5.Surface quality requirements: The color should be uniform without any defects such as visible pores, cracks, chalking, peeling, whitening, or other imperfections.

Application Process

 (1) Small Area Application:
In general, all horizontal and vertical connections on the roof must be handled with detail treatment. For expansion joints, ventilation openings, large pipelines, and other protruding structures, apply a "one and three coating" method with reinforced polyester fabric. After applying the base coating, press the fabric into the wet coating using a brush or roller, ensuring there are no air bubbles or wrinkles. Apply additional coating to ensure the fabric is fully saturated.
Specific treatment methods are as follows:
1.Roof Overlap Joints: Apply one coat of coating and lay a 15-20 cm wide polyester fabric over the joint. Saturate the fabric thoroughly with the coating to prevent bubbles or wrinkles.
2.Protruding Areas (e.g., Chimneys, Vents, Fans): Apply one coat of coating, then lay polyester fabric that matches the size and shape of the protruding area. Saturate the fabric with an additional coat of coating to prevent bubbles or wrinkles.
3.Fixed Components: Cut polyester fabric into appropriate square sizes and apply in the same way as for protruding areas.
4.Gutter Areas: For overlaps or downspouts, treat these areas with localized waterproofing using the same method as for protruding areas.
(2) Large Area Application:
The coating should be applied in two layers. After the first layer is applied and dried, apply the second layer. The time interval between coats is generally 12 hours, and should be extended in winter. The thickness of each coating layer should be about 0.5mm. Avoid applying the coating too thick in one layer. The application direction for each layer should be perpendicular to the previous one, ensuring even coverage without any missed spots.
