  • Product Overview

Non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a waterproof coating made primarily from rubber, asphalt, and softening oils, with the addition of temperature control agents and fillers. This material remains in a viscous, paste-like form throughout its service life. It can seal cracks and capillary pores in the substrate and adapt to complex construction surfaces. Upon exposure to air, it does not cure and maintains a sticky, gel-like consistency with strong self-healing ability. It adheres firmly upon contact, is difficult to peel off, and retains excellent bonding performance even at temperatures as low as -20°C. It addresses problems such as cracking, stress transfer to the waterproof layer, fatigue, and premature aging under high stress conditions. The viscous nature of the material helps seal capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, greatly improving the waterproofing reliability. Additionally, it resolves compatibility issues between waterproof membranes and coatings when used in combination.

    Key Selling Points

Non-curing, Never Cracks: Remains in a flexible paste-like state after application, with strong adaptability and self-healing ability
Strong Adhesion, No Peeling: Excellent adhesion to various substrates like concrete, metal, wood, and membranes
Puncture-Resistant and Anti-Displacement: Can stretch with structural micro-deformations, effectively preventing leakage risks
Flexible and Easy to Apply: Can be applied by troweling, spraying, or brushing, easily handling complex structures
Environmentally Friendly and Non-toxic: Free of solvents, ensuring safe application without irritating odors

    Application Scope

1.Basement, garage roof, side walls, and bottom slabs
2.Roof structure leveling layer, green roofs
3.Tunnels, bridges, swimming pools, and water channels
4.Bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and around pipes
5.Various structural parts requiring long-term anti-seepage and corrosion resistance

    Product Features

    1.Excellent creep performance
    2.Excellent adhesion performance
    3.Excellent self-healing ability
    4.Excellent applicability on damp substrates
5.Excellent chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance
    6.Excellent environmental performance

    Storage & Transportation

Storage requirements: The storage of non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating requires specific conditions. It should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight. UV rays and heat from sunlight may affect the performance of the coating. The storage environment temperature should not be too high or too low, generally recommended between 5°C and 35°C. Extreme temperatures may cause the coating to deteriorate. It is important to store the coating in a sealed container to prevent long-term exposure to air, which could lead to oxidation and affect its performance. Storage containers should be kept intact to avoid leakage. If layering occurs during storage, the coating should be properly stirred before use to restore its uniform consistency.
Transportation Requirements: Products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and not mixed. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 1 year.

    Construction Requirements

    • The substrate must be dry, free of visible water, flat, and solid
    • Recommended ambient temperature: 5°C to 35°C
    • Relative humidity: < 85%, avoid outdoor application during rain or snow

    Application Process

1.Substrate Preparation: Remove dust, oil, loose materials, and level the surface if necessary.
2.Joint Reinforcement: Add an additional layer to weak areas like corners and pipe roots.
3.Troweling Application: Use a trowel to evenly apply the non-curing material to the substrate (recommended thickness: 3–5mm).
4.Optional Composite Membrane: Depending on the waterproofing level required, apply SBS membrane or polyester fabric on top of the non-curing layer.
5.Protective Layer: After application, it is recommended to add a protective layer (such as mortar or protective board) to prevent damage.

    Precautions

    • This product is not suitable for long-term submerged environments (e.g., swimming pool walls).
    • Avoid heavy rainfall within 24 hours after application.
    • If the temperature is too low, it is recommended to warm the material to 20-30°C for easier application.
    • Seal and store unused product properly to prevent contamination.
    • It is recommended to use a dedicated surface treatment agent or protective coating for better overall durability.
