Construction Requirements:

The quality of the substrate directly impacts the service life of the waterproof layer. Therefore, the substrate must meet the following requirements:
1.The cement mortar or concrete grade must meet design specifications.
2.The substrate must be solid, flat, and free from uneven surfaces, sanding, or other defects.
3.The junctions of the roof structure and the corners of the substrate should be rounded, with a radius of at least 50mm.
4.The separation joints and plate end joints should be aligned, with a joint width of 20mm.
5.If there is an insulation layer, ventilation holes should be installed every 10-40 meters.

Precautions:

1.The substrate must be cured to a strength of at least 0.3Mpa before construction can begin.
2.The coating should be thoroughly stirred before use.
3.Each layer should be applied only after the previous layer has completely dried. If foot traffic is necessary, water can be applied to the walking areas to prevent sticking.

Application Process:

1.The construction sequence should start with the nodes and additional layers, followed by the large-area coating.
2.Sealing Plate Joints: Clean the groove and fill it with sealing material.
3.Joint Reinforcement: After sealing the plate joints (ensure that water-based products are completely dry), apply the additional layer in a dry fit.
4.Overall Coating: First, apply a primer. Dilute the product with water and coat the roof thoroughly. Once dry, apply the product in layers, embedding mesh or other reinforcement fabric between coats. Apply while coating to ensure the fabric is smooth, with air bubbles removed and the coating thoroughly absorbed. The top layer of the fabric should be applied in at least two coats, with the total thickness not less than 1mm. When using two layers of reinforcement fabric, the layers should not be laid perpendicular to each other, and the overlap seams should be staggered with a distance of at least 1/3 of the width of the fabric.
