Storage & Transportation

• Store in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight, rain, and fire sources. Ensure the product is kept above freezing temperatures for long-term stability.
• The shelf life is one year. If the gel is used beyond this period but shows no abnormalities, it can still be used.

Construction Requirements

1.Ensure the surface of the materials to be bonded is clean, dry, flat, and solid. Do not soak the materials in water before bonding.
2.Wait 24 hours after bonding tiles or mosaics to concrete before grouting with cement.
3.This gel is not suitable for bonding materials with oil stains or release agents.
4.Construction temperature should be above 0°C.

Application Process

1.Directly apply a layer of sealing gel (2-3mm thickness) on the concrete surface, and then attach any decorative materials. The water-resistance and adhesion are achieved in one step. It reaches full strength after 7 days.
2.This gel can also be used for sealing and filling gaps. It has good adhesion to concrete, gypsum board, ceramic tiles, facade tiles, marble, wood, and other materials. It can be widely used for sealing, filling gaps, and preventing water ingress in these building materials.
3.In bathrooms, apply 1-2 layers of sealing gel (2-3mm thick) directly on the concrete surface. After drying (typically 7 days or more), the desired effect is achieved.
4.This gel, when combined with Gecko Polymer Cement Gel, can be used for roof waterproofing.
