Concentrated instant adhesive powder is a composite material primarily made from natural high-molecular polymers, modified through free radical transfer reaction technology. It features instant solubility in cold water and can be completely dissolved with stirring within 1–5 minutes. After standing for 15 minutes, it forms a stable colloid. This product is widely used in fields such as bonding waterproofing membranes and preparing thermal insulation mortar.

Applications Scope

Construction Waterproofing Projects:
Widely used in construction waterproofing. Every 500g of adhesive powder can prepare 100kg of cement adhesive, used for bonding polypropylene waterproof membranes, ceramic tiles, and other materials. In membrane bonding and wet laying, the adhesive powder ensures full adhesion to polypropylene, effectively preventing water seepage between waterproof layers.

Thermal Insulation Mortar Preparation:
In insulation applications, it is mixed with EPS (expanded polystyrene) beads in a 1:20 ratio to create a lightweight insulation layer with density ≤180kg/m³. This mixture is both lightweight and thermally insulating.

Construction Coatings:
It significantly reduces coating costs and quickly produces environmentally friendly, formaldehyde-free adhesives for architectural coatings. Viscosity can be adjusted to meet various coating needs.

Cement and Dry-Mixed Mortars:
Used as an additive in cement mortar and dry-mixed mortar, improving water retention, tackiness, workability, and bonding strength. Ideal for bonding tiles, gypsum products, and waterproof materials. It outperforms similar domestic and international products in comprehensive performance.

Other Applications:

Transportation:

I. Product Introduction:

Concentrated instant adhesive powder is designed for bonding various materials. Unlike conventional glues or tapes, it provides quick and durable adhesion.

II. How to Use:

Identify and clean the materials to be bonded.

Prepare clean water, the adhesive powder, and a mixing container.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the container, then gradually add the powder.

Stir with a spoon or mixing tube until smooth. Do not add too much powder to avoid weak bonding.

Apply the adhesive to the materials and press for a few seconds to ensure firm bonding.

Clean off any excess adhesive to complete the process.

III. Precautions:

Keep the powder dry to avoid moisture contamination.

Avoid skin contact and inhalation of vapors during use.

Gradually add powder to prevent excess.

IV. Common Issues & Solutions:

Adhesive drying too slowly?
Cause: Excess water or low temperature. Solution: Reduce water and warm the environment.

Adhesive not sticky enough?
Cause: Too little powder or uneven mixing. Solution: Add more powder and mix thoroughly.

Poor adhesion?

Typical Mixing Ratios for Various Applications:

Bonding Polypropylene Waterproof Membranes:
Mix 500g of powder with 50kg of cement; add water and mix well.

Rough Coating (Keying):
Mix 500g of powder with 30kg of water and 100kg of cement.

Construction Glue:
Mix 500g of powder with 30kg of water.

Putty (Double Fly Powder):
Mix 500kg of double fly powder with 4kg of adhesive powder and 250kg of water.

Tile Adhesive:
Mix 500g of powder with 27kg of water, 50kg of cement, and 75-100kg of sand.

Plaster Mortar:
Mix 500g of powder with 27 of water, 25-50kg of cement, and 75-100kg of sand.

Interior/Exterior Wall Putty, Gypsum Putty, Plaster, Joint Filler, Fast Bonding Powder:
Mix 500g of powder with an appropriate amount of water.
