K11 Universal Waterproof Coating is a high-performance product made from a unique blend of active polymer powder, synthetic rubber, synthetic styrene ester, and other materials. The formulation is processed using plasticizing, mixing, and calendering techniques to create a polymer material. The product is made from high-quality materials and domestic premium auxiliaries according to national industry standards, and is promoted as a key product by the Ministry of Construction of China.

1.The active ingredients in the slurry penetrate the capillaries and microcracks of the cement substrate, reacting chemically and crystallizing inside the base material to form a dense surface layer.
2.It can cover hairline cracks (less than 0.4 mm) and resist minor vibrations.

3.Basements, subway stations, tunnels, civil defense projects, mines, and building foundations.
4.Applied as a primer layer before tiling stone, tiles, wood flooring, wallpaper, or gypsum board, to prevent moisture and salt contamination.

Storage & Transportation

1.Avoid direct sunlight. Store on the ground, keeping it dry to prevent water contamination. Do not stack too high.
Construction Requirements:
• Concrete: The surface should be cured, clean, and roughened (if necessary). Fresh concrete should be allowed to cure for at least 28 days before applying K11.
• Plaster or Cement-Based Surfaces: Similar to concrete, these surfaces should be clean and free from dust or contaminants. Ensure that any cracks are filled.
• Brick or Masonry: Brick and masonry surfaces should also be free from dirt, dust, and loose particles. If the surface is very porous, consider priming with a bonding primer before applying K11.
• Tiles: If you're applying K11 over tiles, ensure that they are clean and free of grease or other contaminants. For better adhesion, lightly roughen the surface of the tiles before applying the waterproofing.
• Metal or Steel: K11 can be used on metal surfaces, but these should be primed first with an appropriate metal primer to ensure proper bonding.

Application Process

1.Clean and moisten the substrate thoroughly.
2.Mix liquid and powder materials, stir, let sit for 10 minutes, and then stir again.
3.Apply the first coat, then apply the second coat (non-stick), and use cross-coating for better coverage. For key areas, apply a third coat.
